What’s up Friend! I am your colorist and storyteller for your film. The story comes from intertwining your vows to create your perfect love story. I also make your film f*cking beautiful by adding the right touch of colors to make it shine. You’re having a wedding in Wa and there's nothing more beautiful, so I retain and enhance the real colors that surrounded you.

Hieee! I am your filmmaker and primary editor. I’ll be the one hanging out with you and your boo and capturing all those beautiful organic moments. I am also your main editor. I focus on finding the perfect music that matches your vibe, energy, vows, along with choosing the incredible scenes for your film.
J’s Style of Filmmaking
My style of filmmaking is a mixture of artisan and documentarian. Throughout the day, I will make sure that you and your boo are in the best lighting and in the best locations so your day looks dreamy, moody, and filmic. It will have you thinking, “Holy crap, my life is a movie”.
There are times that I will direct you two to do something together but mostly I’m there to capture you two naturally, as if I’m a wall flower catching the day unfolding. There will be times where you and your partner will forget I’m there because you’ll be so caught up in the moment, and I love that, and will never interrupt those moments. The film I catch of you two being present with each other is what makes the film a masterpiece.

FAQs
Can we choose the music for our film?
We get this question quite a bit and as much as we’d love to be able to use your favorite pop or niche song, because of copy rights, we can’t. There are some ways we can honor the genre you’re into so we do love to know what kinds of songs you love! We also create an IG Reels so that you CAN put any song you want to the footage we edit together for you.
What is your flow during the day?
Our films have a documentary / artistic feel. When moments are happening, we love for those moments to go on as long as possible. We won’t interrupt or rush you because those are some of the most organic moments that will be in your film. We do some posing for those artistic shots, and we’ll also give you a little direction so that way it doesn’t feel awkward. We love natural light because it makes your film look beautiful and also gives it those cinematic vibes. When you're getting ready, reading letters, first look, etc, we'll position you to be in the best lighting.
Are you guys Leave No Trace Allies?
Heck yes we are. We both understand how important it is that we not only leave no trace but also to do good where we can while we're in nature. Em is Watershed Steward certified and is attending WSU studying Environmental Biology. J volunteered to film the courses for the Watershed Steward program so that the content could be shared with our local community.
We will ask you to stay on the trail or to please step carefully because we know that your experience will be better knowing that we will get the most beautiful footage while making sure to protect the natural beauty and environment we are enjoying together
How many Elopements/ Weddings do you take a year?
We only take 8-10 a year. We are a small volume brand because we want to deliver a MASTERPIECE every time to our couples. We don't rush the process. We take our time finding the right music, crafting the perfect story, and making the colors look filmic. We want your film to feel like you're watching your own personal romantic movie.
How do you deliver your films?
We send you your film collection in a custom online gallery and you can download the collection onto your computer or phone. We totally recommend that you set the mood when you’re going to wacth your film. Make it a date night. Grab some bubbles and make a little charcuterie board, light your favorite candles and cozy up to one another. Also, we LOVE when couples record their reactions when watching their film. no pressure though😉 Don’t worry about ugly cryinging. We’ll be doing the same thing when we watch your film 🥹
Do you make sure to incorporate the natural lighting?
Yesss!! Absolutely!! Natural light is our best friend. The reason why our films look so filmic, is because of the natural light. We will make sure to place you and your partner wherever there is natural light. We love to shape the light when possible to give you those artistic scenes. When you looking for an Airbnb / Ceremony location, make sure it has plenty of natural light coming in.
What is your turn around time?
Films take between 4- 6 months to create. You might be saying, “ Wow, that seems like a long time”. We love to use the analogy of cinema films (HUGE CINEMA FANS HERE). Think of how long it takes for films to drop onto the big screen. It takes years! I know that might seem like a drastic comparison lol, but you get it. We are creating your film from scratch and we don’t want to deliver a cookie cutter film. Your story and our art is so important to us. Your film will last a lifetime and more and we want it to be a masterpiece.
